Saying he longs to meet Caccia, but, because he is rather unwell, asking Caccia to give [Antonio Francesco Gaetano Saverio] Pacini the violin strings he got from Milan, adding that Carlo Carli of Milan sends his regards, and that Paganini hopes to be able to see Caccia soon.
